He made sure we understood everything going on and walked us through the process. If we ever move again Carlo will be the first person we call. We worked with Carlo for approx. 4 months. He was very thorough in our house hunting. He always returned my calls/emails promptly, he encouraged us to look at different areas of town so we had a good idea of the market before we made our final choice. There were a few times that I might have went further with a home and he was very helpful because he wanted me to have all the tools and info about the house, neighbourhood and permits etc. before making a choice.
